When I was in graduate school, I began working in an organic market garden in Kentucky. For the next 3 years, I learned everything that it took grow organic plants from seed to harvest. Since moving to Charlotte, I have become passionate about helping others rediscover the artful practice of kitchen gardening. This tradition goes back centuries and has provided sustenance for generations. Iām so excited to help others provide for their loved ones through food grown in their own backyard.
